UCSB Give Day is an annual 36-hour fundraising event that will unite the Gaucho community in support of campus excellence. This spirit of generosity returns year after year as alumni and friends connect with UC Santa Barbara through storytelling and social media.

Ambassador Tips

• Be sure to tag @UCSantaBarbara on all posts so we can see them! We also encourage use of the hashtag #
• Think outside the box: In addition to sharing assets on platforms like Facebook and Instagram, consider LinkedIn and your WhatsApp groups!
• You can also text or email your friends and family using the sample social post talking points below.
• Make it personal: share your own memories of campus and throwback photos. Tag everyone in the photo and challenge them to share or support campus!
